In today's strong Sellers market, Buyers are telling me it is impossible to find the home they want. As a result, I created my exclusive Home Finder Service. It is designed to take the stress and worry out of buying a home.

My Home Buying Service is free to all my clients.

1. I will meet with you to discuss the home buying process.
2. I'll explain all forms of the contract.
3. We will discuss your housing needs (# bedrooms/baths, location, etc.).
4. I'll provide a detailed search and analysis of all appropriate homes on the market.
5. I will assist you in getting loan commitment before making an offer - assuring the Seller will take your offer very seriously.
6. Twice daily, my computers access the MRIS (Realtors' database) and downloads all the information on every home listed in the entire area by every real estate company.
7. I personally review every listing, and match the homes that are available to your exact specifications and requirements.
8. I will search for homes being sold directly by the owner (FSBO's), and homes that have not yet come on the market - you won't have to compete with other buyers!
9. When I find a match, I will immediately call, email or fax that information to you. You decide whether you want to see the home. If so, I will arrange to show you the home at your convenience. I promise, you will never be pressured to buy that home - or any home.
10. When you find the home you've been looking for, I will perform a detailed analysis of property value and advise you, every step of the way, in making an offer.
11. I will represent you in negotiating the very best price and terms possible.
12. I will refer you to inspectors, attorneys, lenders, and contractors who meet my high standards of service.
13. I will accompany you at all inspections, such as home, radon, termite, etc.
14. I will lead you through the contract, making sure all contingencies and inspections are removed in accordance with the contract.
15. I will stay in contact with the lender, to assure he is doing his job in a timely fashion.
16. I will provide any information lender, attorney, and inspectors may require.
17. I will provide a final walk-through immediately before settlement to assure that all repairs have been made, and the entire property is in agreed upon condition.
18. I will accompany you at settlement.
19. I will make home buying as stress-free as possible.
20. My commission is always paid by the Seller. My clients are never charged any additional fees for my services.
